This is how it will work…
We will work with you to set the funnel up initially, we do
require a bit of information from you in order to do this, so a
bit of time is required at this stage in order to maximise the
traffic coming into the funnel once activated.
Allow 10 working days for this process. Any delays in getting
information to us, will simply push the process on.

Timelines…
Month #1 – Set-up month. It takes 10 days to set everything
up, we will then start the paid ads..
Reach will depend on your budget, so be realistic with this,
but we will advise accordingly.
With any form of advertising, there will be an element of
tweaking needed and while we do this, leads will be slow to
start as we refine the approach and understand the data.
Although if we hit the nail on the head from the start,
enquiries will flow from the off. This flow will be limited to
the level of your budget though, bear that in mind.
Month #2 – Refining month. Everything gets refined this
month from the data we have collected so far, messaging
tweaked, funnels refined.
Month #3 – Optimised. The strategy should now be
optimised, the messaging converting with consistency and
predictability.

Billing and contract length…
We invoice at the beginning of each month and the invoice
will need paying by return.

Once paid, we will start your
campaign.
To get the best results, we will need a contract of 3x months.
We will prepare an end of month report and review the data
with you in-person, or via video link.
Tweaks will be made accordingly.
Once the 3x months have finished, the contract will end, or
you can keep it rolling on a monthly basis.
All we ask, is that you provide one months notice if you wish
to terminate.
All copyright will sit with Vast until all invoices are settled.
