- You must use best endeavors to accept sales and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Promptly respond to all communications (within one month of receipt).

- Leads may include requests for you to sell goods or services directly to BBX itself.
- The guarantee is subject to “force majeure” events (natural disasters, etc.) beyond our control.
