The Sandford is a family-friendly pub located on the main road of the Sandford village. The Pub has got a large decking area at the front, an extensive Beer Garden at the back with a separated play area for children and plenty of parking available at the front of the pub.

Jamie and Zanda took over the Sandford at the end of 2014 and have put in a lot of effort to make it a “Place to return” for local families, couples and individuals as well as visitors from near and far.

A recently built Decking area at the front of the Pub is a wonderful place to soak up the sunshine until it’s hidden behind the village housetops. With outside heaters provided the decking will be warm and cosy even when the sun has set.

Venture round to the back of the Pub and you will be greeted with a large Beer Garden, Children’s Play area and a small Pets Corner. There are plenty of things to do to keep children occupied in order to allow adults enjoy their food and drinks in the lovely outside space with the fresh scent of our own Herb Garden. If you prefer to sit indoors, our Conservatory is perfect for a meal in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the Garden. This is often used for Family gatherings to allow children play outside but for parents still being able to keep a close eye on them from the Conservatory.

Dogs are welcome in Conservatory, Beer Garden, Decking area and also the Main Bar Area.
