The Parish of Four Saints is part of the Diocese of Winchester and emphasizes a commitment to inclusivity and community service. Led by the Bishop of Winchester and the Suffragan Bishop of Southampton, the parish is involved in various local initiatives. Its core values are sanctuary, nurture, and compassion, aiming to provide refuge for marginalized groups and promote environmental care.
The parish advocates for the ordained ministry of all genders and supports LGBTQ+ inclusion, though current Church of England regulations limit the officiation of same-sex marriages. The parish’s vision is to be a thriving, inclusive community, actively engaging in local justice and outreach. It acknowledges the need for improvement in its inclusivity efforts and is dedicated to enhancing accessibility within its facilities.
