Let’s face it, business networking can be a bit hit and miss. There are a lot of networks, but some suit personalities or sectors better than others. A wrong choice may not only become a pricey tie-in but also lead to feeling let down.

We think our networking Business Club is the best you’ll find, simply because The Boardroom Network is all about decision-makers, an audience comprising business owners, directors, and managers, all of whom can buy and sell, whether an entrepreneurial start-up or established company.

Each month we meet for a regional breakfast which blends the best aspects of other networks with an engaging new format. It’s an excellent start to the working day!

Flexible and friendly, with short presentations rather than overt sales pitches, members describe what they do and are willing to explore more open networking. They make time to book in one-to-ones once table swaps have maximized opportunities to speak to quality contacts.

The format of our meetings is structured – and precision-timed thanks to our MC! – to follow a strictly commercial agenda. It’s how we help members secure opportunities and grow.

Focus

Membership is limited to professional sectors, which means you may meet people similar to you, but never the same. Members find mixing with like-minded types is, rather than threatening, something which leads to collaboration or merely knowing handy contacts if they want to support. There’s a genuine willingness to help, advise and make introductions.

Backroom team

If you’ve been on the road for an hour to make the most of the building connections at breakfast time you have already revealed something about your attitude to professional business networking – that it takes time, commitment, effort, and organization. That goes for us too. We have a dedicated, full-time event manager driving new visitors to meetings.

Friendly and flexible, a warm welcome is extended from the moment you meet our reception team. We don’t experience cliques. Table ambassadors are sensitive to new attendees and members are used to putting newbies at ease!
