We offer daily diving from our hard boat, Mary Jo. Or you may charter our other hard boat, Viper. We cater for the novice to the more experienced divers and visit wrecks, reef, scenic and drift dive sites. With over 100 interesting dive sites at various depths. Swanage Boat Charters can offer you truly memorable experiences from the UK’s premier dive location.
Prices start from BBX £200 for 6 people for 1-2 hours. Vouchers available.

Our Boats
We are able to offer two hard boats, which enables us to cater for a wide variety of divers. Both boats have dive lifts for your comfort and convenience. The boats comply with the Code of Practice for Commercial Vessels used for sport and pleasure.
Mary Jo
Mary Jo is an Offshore 32, used as a shuttle, visiting local sites on a 2 hourly basis, returning to the pier after each dive. We are able to take out a minimum of 2 and up to a maximum of 12 divers on each trip.
Hot drinks are supplied and if you wish we can take your photo and email to you as a momento. Mary Jo has large kitting up benches, a toilet and a rear diver lift. She is available every day of the week during the season (1 April – 31 October).
Viper
Viper is a Venom 38, used as our charter boat. We are able to take out a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 12 divers on each trip. Hot drinks are supplied and if you wish we can take your photo and email to you as a momento. Viper is available every day of the week during the season. ( 1 April – 31 October)
Viper has twin 300hp engines, hydraulic rear platform lift, large kitting up area and a toilet.
Meet The Skippers
All of our skippers hold the relevant skipper qualifications with a commercial endorsement. All are qualified to administer O2 if required.
Bryan
I’m Bryan. You will see me mostly skippering Mary Jo which is used daily throughout the season i.e. Easter through to the end of October. Being a diver myself I carry some space dive kit on board which I am prepared to loan you in case you need it. I am friendly and here to help, so if there is anything you need just ask.
Tony (Sinbad)
I’m Tony, although most people know me as Sinbad. You’ll see me skippering Viper. I’ve been a diver since 1982, so if you have any questions while you’re on the boat I’ll be more than happy to help.
Andy
I’m Andy. You’ll mostly see me aboard Mary Jo during the season. I’ve been a diver for many years and I was previously a police search and rescue diver before I retired in 2017. I’m always happy to help, so if you have any questions please just ask.
