Welcome to RDJ Consulting, an innovative organisation providing professional coaching, mentoring, organisational and personal development. We offer bespoke services designed to suit the individual needs of our clients, both in-house and outside of the workplace.
Our aim is to support companies and individuals to solve complex organisational, operational, technical and logistical problems by providing them with the tools to be creative and deliver with confidence.
We also maintain a strong focus on the well-being of the individual. By demonstrating how to build the environment conductive to, developing positive working relationships. We show how to use this knowledge as a platform to grow and develop both the organisation and the individual’s existing skills.

Sarah is an experienced senior manager and leader in the public sector, with an impressive track record of delivering results through operational and strategic HR, and organisational development
Pippa Adamson
Pippa is a Master Practitioner of NLP who has been coaching and mentoring staff in the not-for-profit sector for 20 years. She also holds the IDHP post graduate Diploma in Facilitation, Coaching and Leadership
