- Because of my other commitments I do need to have capacity (a weekly slot) available
- Getting immediate results depends on the client taking action to implement the things we agree. I therefore need to be confident that they are the sort of person that will actually implement our actions immediately.

Charging Structure for SMEs
I charge £200 per hourly session and I reduce this by 50% if we work via phone or WhatsApp. I also offer a 100% refund withing 24 hours of any single session I run. That shows how confident I am that I can deliver immediate value.
