Managing Director, Louise Ogilvy, has been working in the recruitment industry for 20 years. In 2000, she set up People Prospect Solutions, a recruitment agency dedicated to providing solutions to the recruitment world. During a 20 year career, she has worked with a number of business owners to take them from a one or two-person partnership to a successful team.
Through these experiences, she discovered a love of the startup sector and branched out into other areas to work with Entrepreneurs in the
