There are two forms of outsourcing. One seen as time saving and improvement. The other can be a form of cash converting.
First, you are a busy business owner. So what if you could buy time on BBX? Or improve certain aspects in your business?
By outsourcing you could be freeing up your time so you can focus on what you do best. Think about what tasks you are doing that could be carried out by someone else? For example a printer currently carries out their own bookkeeping spending 4 hours a week. This task could be outsourced to a BBX client freeing up the printers time to focus on generating more sales.
Remember your cost of BBX pound?
Likewise the bookkeeper might be spending 4 hours a week doing their own social media. Again they could outsource this to a BBX client freeing their time up to take on more bookkeeping jobs. And who is more likely to do a better job of social media marketing? A social media expert or the bookkeeper?
The second form of outsourcing can been seen as a form of cash conversion. There are BBX companies offering services that complement yours. You can use BBX to pay for such services and in turn resell the service to your clients for cash. Take for example a web developer. They currently build websites but don’t provide content/copywriting for the website. The web developer could start to offer content writing to their cash customers which is outsourced to a fellow BBX client. The Web developer will on charge this service to their client and subsequently converting their BBX into Cash. For related topics also see 17 ways to drive cash into your business.
