We also offer the following specialist services on BBX:-
Asbestos Surveys – All buildings built before 2000 need an asbestos report, while buildings that already have an Asbestos report in place will also need to have regular reviews. These services range from £125BBX for a 1 bedroom flat, up to £10,000BBX for a power-station. Call us for a quote.

PAT Testing (Annual testing) – Hotels, restaurants, offices, rental properties and many other public and private spaces will need a valid PAT Test to be in place for insurance purposes. We can provide these very cost effectively on BBX. Call us for a quote.
