Rich offers personal training from his gym in Uptown Dartmouth, Devon as well as home visits. A free first taster session allows you to have your fitness assessed, complete all the forms and plan out your personal training plan. You can then book sessions a month in advance with Richard and begin your journey to your personal goals.
Sessions are priced based on the number booked and each session will last between 50 and 60 minutes.

- Sauces you used including the brand
- How many sugars/ milk in your coffee
- If it goes in, it must go down

If we come to you, we charge £0.45 BBX a mile.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, so let Rich know ASAP if you can’t make a session to avoid losing it.
