1:1 Coaching
1:1 Coaching is the personalised way of seeing maximum results in as shortest time possible. On the first day you’ll find out what your starting health measurements are and set realistic and achievable goals going forward before the next assessment. In the first week you’ll go through the basics of nutrition, using our M.E.T.A.bolic shape plan. This starts by giving you a better understanding of the the effects of foods on the body, learn what foods are better for you as an individual, in what portion sizes and teach you how to read food labels properly, so that you can always make a better choice. You’ll be supported and guided with your nutrition via an app and shown better alternatives and habits to help out when you’re ‘out and about’. When you start training expect to feel uncomfortable, as you’ll be taken well out of your comfort zone. But hey, the first step’s always the hardest. We’d love to say it’ll get easier, but as soon as we notice that, we have to mix things up and keep the body guessing, to stop any plateaus and ensure we continuously see progress. Your workout will be specific to your abilities and goals. After the first four weeks you’ll notice:
- A decrease in body weight and fat
- An increase in energy at work and throughout the day
- Clothes feeling loser and fitting better
