Terms and conditions: All work will be performed at Herbert & Ball’s standard hourly rate of £350 + VAT per hour and will be signed off by a partner of Herbert & Ball LLP. All packages, once paid, must be used in their entirety and are non-refundable. Due to extreme demand in the run up to GDPR, all packages are priced at a minimum of £2500 + VAT. Cookie analysis is limited to results of a scan performed by industry standard cookie scanning technology and clients are responsible for confirming the accuracy of cookie scan results with their web developer. Web development work to implement website policy documentation is not included nor are associated web development or security measure implementation costs (including, without limitation, SSL implementation). ‘GDPR Privacy Policy’ is a trading name of Herbert & Ball LLP.
