Demelza Cottage Apartment – Loft apartment with far-reaching view
Situated on the 2nd floor of an 18th-century farmhouse is Demelza Cottage apartment. It is set in a small hamlet of six properties, nestled in woodland with many small tributaries that run to the River Camel.
The charming cottage holds a 2-bedroomed loft conversion, located in central North Cornwall. Tucked away, yet convenient for the A30 and A39, making it a 15-20 minute drive to surrounding beaches or the Eden Project. It is ideal for visitors to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.

The apartment comes fully equipped with all necessities including; linen, towels, basic essentials and a well-equipped kitchen. It has a twin and a double bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and diner. It also includes TV, DVD player and DVDs, a selection of books, some toys for the kids and a washing machine. There is also a small area for guests to sit outside, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the antics of our animals while the sunsets.
Rosie – Shepherd’s Hut
A romantic glamping experience, set in a small orchard, with far-reaching views of the Cornish countryside. It has a well-equipped kitchenette and dining area as well as a bathroom, double bed, and balcony. It’s perfect for an outdoor experience with a surprising amount of luxury packed into a cosy space. Watch the sunset, spot the bats as they appear at dusk, listen to the owls hooting, and gaze at the stars, unaffected by light pollution.
If you want to bring the kids, a small tent could be pitched alongside.
