We will work with you until you are 100% happy with your design – you will receive pictures throughout the design period. We are available via live chat, telephone and email. However you prefer 🙂 Once you are completely happy with your design it will be engraved. It normally takes around 48 hours from start to finish. We will then ship your item which normally takes 3-5 days.
