“I know right, those two weeks just flew by! I had one large bump in the road the day after, but I chalked that up to a bad day! Have a few minor bumps in the road but I have started planning my day out each morning, indicating my main focus for the day, blocking out times to focus on tickets, and customer appointments. I can definitely starting to see the benefits, feeling like I have things under more control, not saying that I’ve got it NAILED lol still have a ways to go, let’s just say it’s a work in progress.

“I found the course very helpful. I particularly liked the fact that it was a small group as it allowed better interaction with yourself and the other attendees. The profiling was very interesting, and made me better aware of how to adapt my management skills to my colleagues’ personalities. The time management skills will be very useful when I have time to implement them.”

“I managed one of my objectives-patience-have made extra effort not to hassle people i’ve emailed..unless it’s absolutely essential (twice), but I think the rest have gone out the window as been manic in the shop.
But did get to use some other skills pretty quickly. Had a member of staff that was unhappy as she felt she was making lots of mistakes, so used the what are you enjoying/not enjoying and finding easy/difficult questions. From that we were able to come up with a plan that incorporated more training/guidance for her. So really good to now have the tools to deal with situations like this. This applies to most days now in the shop, I have things to refer to when I need to organise my brain!
So thanks for a great course, I really enjoyed it! Actually feel a bit more manger like now.”
In-House Courses
Our Adaptative Managers course can be brought in-house to suit you and your business. The fundamentals of the course remain the same, but there is the flexibility to amend parts of the course to suit your business.
For example, you could include:
- Mental health first aid in the workplace
- Innovation and strategy
- Tailored interviewing or appraisal skills
- Dealing with difficult situations including disciplinary
