We are so confident that our platform will work to sell your spare capacity that if after 12 months from completing the installation process and through no fault of anyone you do not gain in sales an amount equal to or more than your set-up fee plus the annual/monthly access fee then we will give you a full money back refund – no quibble!

All we ask is you work with us (includes regular communication) to promote your business into the platform and accept business on an all good faith basis when it is presented to you.

The BBX Guarantee is subject to the following terms:

• • Your BBX account and remain active and in good standing order for at least 12 months from completing the installation process. You must offer the goods and services you indicate that you are able to provide when you opened your BBX account for that full 12-month period.
  • The account sign up fee must be paid up in full and within the first 12 months of opening the account.
  • You must complete the installation process which includes providing marketing material for BBX to advertise and promote your business.
  • Your goods and services must be 100% on BBX and priced no higher than the average pricing for such goods and services offered to your non-BBX clients in the 12-month period.
  • You must use your best endeavours to accept sales on the BBX platform including following up with all leads and business referred to you by BBX in a timely manner.
  • You must promptly respond to all communications you receive from BBX and in any event within one month of receipt.
  • You must not refuse any leads or business referred to you by BBX without good reason.
  • BBX leads and business referrals may include requests that you sell your goods or services to BBX itself.
  • We must not be prevented from performing our obligations under the BBX Guarantee (including, in particular, bringing you leads and business) as a result of an event, circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, wars, terrorist attack, labour or industrial action or any other event that would be commonly recognised as a “force majeure” event under English law.

This BBX Guarantee shall be governed by the terms of the Rules of the Trading Program and any disputes shall be subject to and settled in accordance with the terms contained therein.
