Annual One day Pilgrimage to St Winefride’s Holywell and Shrine, Wales – (6th July 2024)
St Winefride’s Holywell and Shrine is a well located in Holywell, Flintshire, in Wales. It claims to be the oldest continually visited pilgrimage site in Great Britain and is a grade I listed building. The Sanctuary area comprises the Crypt, Outer Pool, and Small Chapel. In this part of the Well grounds, visitors are asked to be quiet, mindful of being in a sacred place and of the needs of others, who may have come to pray, to seek healing, or simply to find a place of tranquillity and peace.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL AND COST INFORMATION:
Each individual pilgrim wishing to travel with us MUST use hand sanitizer. Do take note, that if you’re travelling alone and do not wish to sit next to another pilgrim due to the COVID – 19 restrictions and social distancing you are advised to purchase the seat next to you, and this will be at half the price of the original cost. You will need a packed lunch on the day of travel or funds to purchase your meals.
Please ensure you have the required documents, and insurance to travel, will you be able to travel without them?
Travelling by coach prices are £75.00 for adults, and for each child under 11 years of age £59.00.
