    Spare Capacity

    The purpose of this exercise is to work how much spare capacity you have. We do this by by working out your maximum potential income: for example in an ideal world where you had unlimited cash customers knocking on your door how much business could you turnover before having to increase fixed costs such as rates, rents and wages. We then subtract your current annual turnover from the maximum potential turnover, the result will be how much spare capacity you have available. At BBX we aim to bring you an extra 10-20% of business based on your annual turnover. This is because it will offset between 20-50% of your peripheral business expenses.

    The purpose of this exercise is to work out what it costs you to sell a product or service on the BBX platform and therefore determine yourCash Savings every time you spend BBX. For example if you are a hotel and charge £100 a night and your variable costs are £10 (10%) for cleaning and breakfast and your sales success fee is £15 (15%) you would have a cost of £25 (25%). Therefore when you spend your £100 BBX on advertising the physical cash cost is £25 giving you a cash saving of 75%.
