Finance Mastery Workshop – Know your numbers and grow your business

Finance and accounts is an area in which many business people feel out of their depth. More business go bust because of a lack of knowledge in this area than for any other reason, and ignoring it is as crazy as flying a plane at night with no instruments. Once you know the basics, your numbers can be used to measure performance, motivate staff, make decisions about the business and attract investors.

WHAT DO WE COVER?
During this 2 ½ hour interactive workshop we will take you through the top 7 financial reports, the key performance indicators (KPI’s) that you need in your business, and help you to understand your debits from your credits. We will show you the importance of budgets, cashflows and even how to use your finances to create a business that will make you financially free.
