As a Human Resources Generalist I have strong knowledge in organisational development, restructuring, company relocation, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, leadership and employee development & training. I possess a solid background of working in varied environments and have provided Human Resources services to IT, Leisure, Logistics, Manufacturing, Recruitment, Cleaning, Charity and Consultancy sectors.
My experience has included setting up a complete HR function for a start up company, developing HR policies and practices, managing a depot closure, restructuring, company relocation, performance management programmes including KPI’s, induction programmes and recommending HR solutions to performance issues.
