What is Peer2Peer?
Peer2Peer is an inclusive membership organisation for business leaders wanting to grow. We help our Members define their vision and purpose, balance business growth and personal development and ultimately, become the very best version of themselves.
Our experienced Chairs hold monthly Peer2Peer Boards where 12-20 Members come together to work through a tailored programme that focuses on professional and personal success, leaving them inspired, motivated, challenged and equipped to drive change within their lives.
Here’s How We Help
You and your team’s Peer2Peer experience can be adapted to suit the situation faced by an individual and/or team. Boards are at the heart of our model.
Our flagship Classic Board meets once a month and it includes 10-20 non-competing local business leaders. The Boards are hosted at selected venues and are designed to provide a strictly confidential platform where Members can discuss ideas, share problems and challenge each other’s way of thinking. Each meeting lasts half a day, typically from morning coffee to lunchtime. The Board is divided into three 50-minute sessions. If required, there is always scope to flex the Agenda around the Members’ needs at a specific time; the Agenda will usually draw on three of the following:
Each Member and Chair contributes to instilling confidence and offering fresh perspectives to fellow Members. Seeing a fellow Peer2Peer colleague prosper is one of the most rewarding experiences of belonging to our community.
Our Zoom Boards follow the above format. The meetings are capped at two hours and have a maximum of 12 people per Board. Our Zoom Board Members are not constrained by geography, which means we can have International businesses joining our Zoom Board.
Our Horizontal Boards are for functional heads or Directors responsible for specific functions. For example – HR, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience
etc. Meetings are held online every two months. The Agenda will be similar to the Classic Board, but with an emphasis on the function. This is a vital support for functional leaders who can feel isolated within their organisations. It’s a massive boost for them to be able to share challenges and learn from Peers who’ve got the battle scars already. This group of professionals often need development outside of their function so they can perhaps move into a general management/leadership role or feel more confident amongst their organisational peers. For this reason, our growing Passport of over 75 workshops and workbooks (see later) is an excellent platform for them to build and develop their critical business skills.
