At HIIT we strongly believe that everyone should have goals. Goals encourage you to focus, to stay motivated and to be disciplined. So we designed our 8 week challenge to help you and many others set and achieve life changing goals. Everyone is different therefore every goal and every challenge is different. You may be looking to lose weight or you might want to eat healthier. Some just want to sleep better and others are desperate to feel more confident. Whatever your reason is for starting, we will support, educate and motivate you to the best version of yourself.
Our 8 week challenge isn’t a quick fix or a fad diet. You will learn about nutrition, you will find an exercise routine that you love and you will become immersed in a community that encourages you to get stronger everyday. Once the 56 days are over you will have enough knowledge and confidence to continue living a healthier life.

Being a challenger also gains you access to our nutritional advice. You won’t just receive meal plans to suit you, but you will also be able to attend 2 informative nutrition seminars. As the saying goes, ‘You can’t out train a bad diet’.

The trainers and instructors at HIIT 4 Fitness all provide a high-quality service to everyone that walks through the door. All the staff are REAL people who continue to overcome the same REAL issues that you do and promise to only deliver positive and honest coaching.
As a training style, HIIT is becoming increasingly popular as more people are finding out about it’s benefits. High Intensity Interval Training helps you burn more calories in less time and it also helps improve your speed and endurance. HIIT involves alternating short bursts of hard work with a low intensity recovery period. It gets the best results if you are looking to burn fat and build muscle but don’t have hours to spend at the gym therefore it is the style in which HIIT 4 Fitness bases most it’s classes on to ensure the quickest and best results for all it’s clients.
Our memberships have no contract. All we require is one months notice before cancelling.
