My classes are very chilled, very social, lots of banter going on. They are also ran as Q & A’s so if there’s anyone with questions about exercise or nutrition then it’d be a great place to pick my brains and get your answers.
My stretch classes are for everyone, every age, every goal, every ability.
All you need is yourself and the floor, sometimes we use bands and a wall but alternatives will be provided if needed.
They are slow, controlled and lots of chat on the chat box.
