COVID-19 related HR Advice & Support
3-month retained service agreement, without Tribunal Insurance, to provide certain HR advice and support services, provided that the HR issues being supported are directly related to:
• The outbreak of the Coronavirus (‘severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, also known as ‘SARS-CoV-2’) current at the time of signing the agreement; or
• Any impacts resulting from the related COVID-19 disease; or
• Any of the emergency measures or public health responses and measures put in place by the UK government or other authorities that impact on the Client, its employees, the delivery of its business, and/or its assets.
For clarity, this temporary service package is not for the provision of other HR services that are not directly related to the above.
The HR advice and support services provided for these issues are:
• Unlimited HR advice by telephone and/or email to assist the Client in relation to issues defined above between the working hours of 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday;
• Key updates to national guidance;
• Updates to affected Client policies;
• Draft letters;
• Draft Furlough agreements;
