It was a record-breaking year for the BBX Trade Show 2019. We were in Hounslow this year at the Silverdine Banqueting & Conferences Venue and it couldn’t have gone better. We had:
386 attendees
250+ Businesses
517 Transactions in 4 hours
Over £200,000 in transactions
291 jerk curries
Over 300 beers
Hundreds of business connections made!
So in other words… WE SMASHED IT!
We’re immensely proud of how it turned out, and as much as we’d like to, we can’t take all of the credit! We had some fantastic resources and people at hand to bring it all together. Not least to mention our Sponsor…

The BBX Trade Show 2019 didn’t just materialize out of thin air, and we certainly couldn’t have done it on our own! So, we’d like to take this opportunity to give huge thanks to the people who made the event happen, from food to photography.

Speed Networking
It wasn’t just a BBX free for all, there was some great activities going on throughout the day too. One of our favourites was the speed networking session.
Find Us On Web did a fantastic job of organizing the activity, so a huge thank you to them for making this possible. We had people sat opposite each other and networked, introduced themselves and talked a little. After a short interval they had to move to the next seat and repeat with the new person in front of them.
As you can probably tell it got rather hectic and was incredibly entertaining. Being at knee touching distance from people and networking is a very good way of breaking the ice, and it worked a treat. Lots of new connections made and networks grown, all in a flash!
Summary
So to round up, the BBX Trade Show 2019 was a spectacular success. We traded more than ever before, had a higher footfall than ever before, and we think it was out best ever show. We had speed networking, talks, and more. We’re excited to start planning the next BBX Trade Show, and we’d love to see you there!
