Alan Turing Room – A comfortable space
This room is on the First Floor. Its 50 sq m can take up to 30 delegates. It is an ideal training venue for the smaller group. The minimum hire period is half a day (4 hours), which costs £150.00; a whole day is £275.00.
Thomas Edison Suite – Ideal for teamwork
This room is on the Second Floor. Its 50 sq m can take up to 32 delegates. A half a day is £150.00; a whole day is £275.00. All prices include VAT. There are 32 chairs, 24 stools and eight large laboratory desks. There is a small kitchen off this room.
The Da Vinci Room – For a private meeting
This is the largest of our two break-out spaces on the First Floor. This space would be ideal for a small meeting for 6-8 people. The hourly rate is £7.50; a half day (4 hours) costs £25; a whole day (8 hours) costs £50. All prices include VAT.
The Suite 2 Complex – For counselling
In this complex there is a teaching room (Nightingale), a reception area (Roddick) and a two to three person office (Sinclair). All the prices are the same, £7.50 per hour, £25 per morning or afternoon session, £45 for the day. Longer periods can be negotiated by arrangement.
Beatrix Potter Room – Tutorials
This second floor room would be ideal for a small group of 4-6 people. Light refreshments are complimentary. The Beatrix Potter Room can be booked for as little as one hour, or as long as an entire day. The hourly rate is £7.50; a half day (4 hours) costs £25; a whole day (8 hours) costs £45.
