I am a transformational coach with extensive experience of working with individuals and in groups. I am a solution focussed person with excellent leadership and communication skills. I have a great deal of experience of working with a variety of individuals and in a range of settings. As an independent consultant/trainer, I develop bespoke training packages for individuals and organisations across the private, public and third sector.

Through my work, I enable people to look within, create the space and discover their own solutions.
