If you want to organise a business lunch, a family gathering, a party or any other occasion involving a buffet our <byte buffet service will take care of it for you.
As well as buffets we offer a larger range of menus suitable for weddings or similar special occasions. This require, of course, skill and specialist knowledge. We can offer a choice of various packages, some of which are fully inclusive for example including accommodation or access to venues where we are the preferred caterers. Should you wish to organise you own thing but need equipment, furniture, crockery or anything else – even a catering tent – then our party hire service (with free wash up included) is the solution.
Time, money and logistics are all factors that affect food preparation for any kind of event. Our food factory is available to both private individuals and catering companies to provide you with all you need (including sound advice) from salads to cakes to savouries. We also offer our own brand of special products such as mayonnaise and home made Christmas puddings.
We are pleased to use local Dorset suppliers wherever possible ensuring quality and variety.
