By the end of the day you’ll have learnt how to rid yourself of those dreaded nerves, how to use your voice tones for different messages, how to use different personalities to portray your message, how to spot audience disruptions and disengagements and bring them back into the presentation and last but not least, how to handle feedback and questions. By combining all these skills, you’ll complete the day by delivering a sparkling and professional presentation that’ll have us all in awe of the new you.
