Module 1 – Vision & Strategy

- Business Canvas Model which allows the team to fully understand the 9 key functions of any business or function. Creates a visual representation and covers: Customers; Value Propositions; Channels to customers; Customer relationship; Key activities; Key resources; Partners; Revenue and Cost.
- Designing a 3-year Vision and Strategy – a visual representation.
- Designing a 90 day and one year breakthrough with task & accountability built in – a visual representation.
Module 2 – Understanding Yourself & Your Team
- The 4 Enablers of Successfully harnessing the full potential and capability of employees, based on the findings from the Government “Engage 4 Success’ movement. Creating a ‘wanting to not having to come to work culture’
- Understanding ‘How To’ Describe, Measure, Monitor and Maximize Motivation for individuals, teams, and the organisation – using a Motivational Mapping Tool – diagnostic tool included.
- Building a dynamic 90 days ‘Motivational Action Plan’ for individuals and teams.
- Understanding the 4 Personality Types and how to best communicate with and manage them – diagnostic tool included.
- Setting a Team Charter & Values – individual and business values exercise.
Module 3 – Mindset & Leadership Style
- Assessing Your Leadership ‘Mind Set’ of High Challenge and High Support – diagnostic included.
- Developing the 4 Leadership Styles to create effectiveness – diagnostic included to identify default style and help leaders flex their style.
- Creating High Performance Teams – diagnostic included – who’s best at doing what in a team and how to put a high performance team together.
- Why Teams Fail and what can be done to avoid team failure.
Module 4 – Managing Change and Performance
- We start the module with a Leadership Skills Diagnostic.
- Managing Change – Understanding what happens during change and how to successfully navigate your employees and teams through change to avoid resistance. Understanding who will be for and against change and what to do about it.
- A look at Communication – Why it breaks down and what to do. The importance of being explicit. Understanding up to eight different communication styles to enable successful communication.
- Diagnosing Performance Issues using a very simple diagnostic tool.
- Managing Performance Issues.
- Performance Coaching for individuals and teams.
