The 7 Paths Method addresses the fundamental human needs that create a balanced human being. We were never designed to be seated for long periods of time, or is it natural for humans to exist in isolation. Modern living in a technological world has come to mean many that different stressors are added to life, including two years of adapted behaviours around the Covid 19
Government guidelines.

What you get
Connect to a counsellor for face to face or Zoom sessions for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly availability.
Complete the 7 Paths Method Programme, 7 week course. Have a weekly, Bi-weekly or monthly visit from Shoana to coach small groups, assess progress and feedback and keep wellness journey on track
What is the Programme?
Breath – Our primary fuel, and life line. The science of breath-work is a new study, yet as a modality it is growing to become one of the leading practises for health. Breath-work is one of the key tools in this programme.
Hydration – We are 75% water. Proper water hydration is essential for performance, mental clarity and health. Developing good water habits promotes longevity and proper cellular and neurological function.
Nutrition – Poor nutrition is the cause of almost all health problems. This can cause hormonal and neurotransmitter imbalances leading to a number of personal problems. A comprehensive overview of nutrition and lifestyle and food as medicine with simple eating plans, improving energy, immune health, digestion, sleep and more.
Movement – Mindful Movement is a form of exercise that can be integrated into a morning practise, done in the office or in a small space. It is effective and safe and includes a number of powerful simple exercises.
Rest – Much of our modern mindset is about being on the go all of the time. Whether this is physically or mentally. There are many different ways to rest including mindfulness, mediation, day-dreaming, and so on.
Release – Is very important for mental and emotional health as well as relieving physical tension and stress from the body. Verbal release, physical release and emotional release. Education on self massage and trigger point release, simple exercises that can be practised daily.
Connection – To ourselves, our community or family. Developing a positive connection to ourselves, there is an increase in self-awareness, leading to improved psychological health. An increase in self value, sees an increase in self care and physical health.
