A separate kitchen with breakfast table with all modern facilities leads to a wrap-around balcony, cloakroom and 2 x further bedrooms leading from the hallway. Bedroom 5: 1 x double and 1 x single bed. Bedroom 6: 1 x king-size bed.

The lower ground floor has an integral garage room with snooker table, pool table and dart board. The rear garden can be accessed by either ground floor bedrooms, or via the front garden, and contains a table and chairs. Ample parking on the front drive.
