The Four-Day Leadership Programme from Skills for Business is designed to help growth-focused leadership teams develop the strategic thinking, people-management skills, leadership mindset and change-management capabilities needed to move their organisation forward.

Rather than squeezing everything into one intensive session, the four days are delivered separately, approximately every three weeks, giving participants time to put what they’ve learnt into practice, gather feedback and embed their learning before the next session.

Day 4 – Managing Change & Performance

Develop the skills needed to lead people through change while maintaining focus on individual and organisational performance.
