Marketing Coaching & Strategy Session:

60 min power hour – no prep required on our part but you can ask us anything and we will review your strategic plans and advise, follow up email with a recap of key points discussed and recommendations – £100BBX
45 min coaching sessions – we will undertake research on your business and current output prior to the meeting to provide you with a more target marketing coaching session – £120BBX
Marketing strategy session with a follow up mini-marketing plan for the month ahead – as above but we also provide a mini-marketing plan for the month ahead and further recommendation feedback via email/document after the session. – £150BBX
Social media audits – we review your social media content and strategy and provide recommendations and feedback via email/word document (no f2f session included) – £75BBX for 2 platforms, £100BBX for unlimited platforms

MEET THE TEAM

: Hayley Parker – Managing Director – Hayley has grown up in the countryside and has always enjoyed the rural lifestyle and country pursuits, she has deep connections with societies such as the Young Farmers and the Pony Club. She is a keen horsewoman who has competed in events at club level, area level and above more than 20 times. She is a member of and co-captains the Magnificent Seven, a team competing in the Quest British Dressage Series. Hayley, partnered with her home-bred Flame, had a successful first season with the team in the series. The team reached the South West regional finals, meaning they were among the top 15 teams. Hayley was placed one of the top-20 riders at her level in the region. Hayley has received written commendations for outstanding achievement every year of her marketing degree and hence can provide high-quality marketing support that is sympathetic to your market, industry and customer base.

: Vanessa Jackson – Marketing Assistant – Vanessa was born in Hong Kong, and lived in Philippines until the age of 7, when she settled down in rural Devon and has lived here ever since. One of her many passions is competitive trampolining. She has been competing in the sport since 2014 and in 2017 was BSGA Nationals Champion, and has been a Nationals Finalist 2016-2018 and has competed for the South West team. Using this success she also coaches and helps to inspire others. Alongside Vanessa’s sporting accolades, she also has a strong passion for social media. She has developed this through helping friends, family and her trampoline club manage their social platforms and grow their following. She also has a keen interest in graphic design and video editing which is an area of professional development she is engaging in. Vanessa’s enjoyment in this area of marketing has driven her to pursue a career in social media and digital marketing. She continues to hone her skills through the professional development opportunities offered by Flame Marketing.

: Animals of the Office – Company Mascots – No rural business would be complete without a few four-legged members of the team, and Flame Marketing is no different. The owner, Hayley, has a total of four huge Bernese Mountain Dogs which can be frequently found mimicking large rugs on the office floor. Arya is Hayley’s personal Bernese, she is a big softy and is often seen resting her head on Hayley’s lap as she works, just to make sure the work is up to her high standards. Daisy is Arya’s sister and is an integral part of the office team during the colder months in her role as chief foot warmer, although at nearly 50kg dead legs are a common side effect of warm toes. Cali is the teenager of the pack at under 2 years old, as such she is generally seen diving out the door to play with other animals, whether they like it or not. She is also the office welcomer as she greets every visitor with a hug or a nose in their side, subtlety is not her strong point and has been on her appraisal list for some time. Ragna is the baby of the bunch at less than 6 months old; she is in training to become Arya’s understudy but at present does require frequent naps as being a puppy is very tiring. Therefore she is normally found crashed out lied on her back, with all her paws in the air, snoring.
