Fort Stamford Health and Fitness club have an amazing fully equipped gym with state of the art equipment. We believe we are more than just a gym, offering a range of leisure facilities and great offers for people in and around the Plymouth area.

Fitness classes, swimming and more
Your membership includes all Fitness Classes, Swimming Pool, Toning Tables, Squash, Racketball, Table Tennis, Tennis, Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Steam Room.

Other facilities charged on a “pay as you use” basis include a sunbed, Soft Play Area, Children’s Parties, Creche, Café and a Conservatory offering stunning views over Plymouth Sound. All available on BBX.

A bar with seating is available as well to visitors but not on BBX.

Fort Stamford is not just a gym, we are a health club that offers a lifestyle. Our dedicated staff are friendly, well qualified and here to help you achieve your personal goals. You can also use the cafe and bar on BBX too. We also hire out function room, bar and conservatory, so please ask for more information!

Swimming for non-members when accompanied by a member £6 BBX

Alternative memberships are available for families, partners and businesses plus short term memberships for visitors to the area
