Led by Mark Viccars, who has built and sold multiple businesses, this session will guide you through proven goal-setting principles that help you identify what really matters, set realistic and motivating targets, and turn ambition into action. You’ll explore concepts such as 2×1 goal setting, practical tools and techniques, and how to create goals that stretch you without setting you up to fail.
Importantly, the session looks at why you want to achieve certain outcomes; uncovering the motivations behind your ambitions and how to align them with the way the brain actually works. By understanding the neuroscience behind focus, habits, and motivation, you’ll learn how to work with your brain rather than against it.
