All our projects are done using an Agile methodology where we break projects into 2-week iterations (sprints). We spend a lot of time understanding the Clients requirements (at our cost) and when we “get it” we then build a requirements list with the Client and have it prioritised according to the Clients business imperatives by the client. We then put the requirements into the sprints and build from there.

We only charge per sprint so the client controls what we build, how fast we build and what they pay for.

I would give you some thoughts to ponder on about using a South African based development company (either for your needs or your Client’s needs) that perhaps you have not considered before:

• Probably the most important – the exchange rate to SA (makes us extremely cost effective) 
• Similar time zones – we are flexible and available to meet virtually any time of the day
