The package consists of:
1. Review of the current Contract to determine whether reducing hours unilaterally is covered.
2. General advice on homeworking, helpful crib sheets that can be distributed by owner/managers and advice on managing remotely.
3. Specific advice on reduced hours, additional leave, furlough etc. and we provide letters for employee signature.
4. Telephone support on all of the above.
