You have been sent this Data Request form in order to help CTX estimate your company Carbon Footprint. Once CTX can estimate your Carbon Footprint we can provide a quote for you to become Certified as Carbon Neutral under the PAS 2060
Standard for Carbon Neutral business.

The accuracy of the Carbon Footprint and your subsequent certifications will rely upon the accuracy of the data that you provide. There are a few important rules to follow when completing this request form:

• In Section 1 you must indicate a Measurement Period. This is a 12-month period for which you will source the Data requested
• For each section you must Provide data for the whole 12-month measurement period
• Sections 1 – 6 are mandatory
• Section 7 – 10 are also mandatory unless you can prove that the total emissions included in each amount to less than 5% of your total Footprint
• If your head office in the United Kingdom or United States, your default Unit of Distance should be Miles
• If you head office is anywhere else in the World, your default Unit of Distance should be Kilometres.
