Who is MW Estate Planning?

Matthew has worked as an Estate Planner for over 9 years. Initially he was the Senior Estate Planner for a large national financial services company. In early 2015 Matthew decided to break from this IFA
firm and setup his own company, MW Estate Planning Ltd. 

Matthew is a qualified STEP Advanced Will Writer. He is also a Society of Will Writers qualified Estate Planner having attended numerous The Collage of Will Writer courses on various subjects from business tax planning, Trusts. Deputyship orders in addition to many different Will writing courses. 

MW Estate Planning adheres to The Society of Will Writers strict Code of Practice, which governs ethical client interactions and includes mandatory PI cover and a certain number of hours CPD per month.

With all of our services we provide a free initial consultation where we take comprehensive details of the client’s situation so we can provide the best advice.

We will then support them with documentation (from draft to completion) and legal procedures – ensuring that they are never alone throughout the whole process. 

We use the industry’s leading software to support us with documentation, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.

Franchise Associate Opportunity 

MWEP will train you to be an ethical qualified Estate Planner working under a fully qualified Franchise Owner, allowing you to have a flexible yet profitable Estate Planning business. 

All client interaction is done by you who will then pass the information to your Franchise Owner to draw up the documents. MWEP will mentor you and provide all the tools required to be a successful Will Writer. 

You get:

60% commissions – typical year 1 earnings of £1k – 1.5k per month
