The purpose of these event drawings is so that so you can layout your event and then be able to figure out what’s going to fit where.

These drawings will prevent you from hiring products that simply don’t fit in the space required to leave enough room for the audience or visitor capacity.

The drawings can then be handed, once on site, to the set up crew so that they are all working to something rather than a site boss having all the responsibility.

Also if any licenses need to be obtained then you will be required to have one of these by the council at both your application and then you’re SAG meeting.

All product technical drawings will be created in 2D although I am currently learning how to use 3D and hope to be using this dimension soon.
