Patio doors from the lounge open out onto enclosed private grounds, including a patio area with gas BBQ and garden furniture, with its own hot tub. Set within 3 acres of grounds accessed through a private gated entrance where guests can enjoy football goal posts and badminton nets.

Weather-dependent outdoor table tennis facilities are available. Bicycles can also be hired on a first come, first served basis, for those that wish to cycle around the Jurassic Coast and visit the famous National Trust Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door beach.
