Apple Green Support £19.00 per month for minimum of 6 month contract . The my:Apple Green Support package will suit the Apple user or potential purchaser who is not in an immediate hurry for their answer, or is on the move and only logs-in to their email account occasionally or wants to keep their support expenditure to a minimum – but keep in touch with the latest in Apple technology.*

• Unlimited email access to xMac for service, support and general computer/device enquiries via email only, with 72hr response time.
• Note NO remote support available unless requested by the xMac operative for the diagnosis.
• Regular email updates on new Apple products.

Apple Red Support £29.00 per month for minimum of 6 month contract The my:Apple Red Support package is designed for the Home or Family user who needs the occasional helping hand to understand some or all of the technical stuff that makes their Apple computer work and would xMac to do some of the regular work that needs doing to keep your Mac running smoothy.*

• Unlimited email access to xMac for service, support and general computer/device enquiries via email, with 48hr response/acceptance time.
• 3 month Apple/Mac examination appointment via Remote connection, from user experienced issue list.
• Run Disk Utility, repair disk permissions, verify and repair disk if required.
• Examine Time Machine backups are working correctly.
• Regular email updates on new Apple products.

Apple Golden Support £39.00 per month for minimum of 6 month contract The my:Apple Golden Support package is there to aid the Pro-sumer or Home based company user with 1 or possibly 2 Apple computers who wants help to keep the computer system working and up-to-date with help when your computer doesn’t want to work.*

Unlimited email access to xMac for service, support and general computer/device enquiries via email, with 36hr response/acceptance time.
• 2 month Apple/Mac examination appointment via Remote connection, from user experienced issue list.
• Run Disk Utility, repair disk permissions, verify and repair disk if required.
• Update to latest Mac OS X software if applicable.
• Examine Time Machine backups are working correctly.
• Update all installed & updatable software applications on 1 Apple computer included
within remote appointment.
• Regular email updates on new Apple products.

Apple Platinum Support £49.00 per month for minimum of 6 month contract The my:Apple Platinum Support package is the xMac Professional solution for the Mac that has to work day-in/day-out for the work based Macintosh computer that can’t fail and can be deployed in a network environment (each Apple computer on a network will be paid for individually). Also your system is kept up-to-date with regular software updates, maintenance and backup routines.*

• Unlimited email access to xMac for service, support and general computer/device enquiries via email, with 24hr response/acceptance time.
• 1 month Apple/Mac examination appointment via Remote connection, from user experienced issue list.
• Run Disk Utility, repair disk permissions, verify and repair disk if required.
• Update to latest Mac OS X software if applicable.
• Examine account desktop icons
• Examine Time Machine backups are working correctly.
• Remove unwanted applications.
• Update all installed & updatable software applications on 1 Apple computer included within remote appointment.
• Examine and check for Malware and other unwanted software.
• Regular email updates on new Apple products.
* Multiple computers are looked at by prior arrangement.

All support packages are priced at a monthly cost with a minimum 6 month contract.
