Terms and conditions: all legal services provided in the categories of law listed above are limited strictly to ‘non-reserved’ legal activities within the meaning of s.12 of the Legal Services Act 2007 and exclude services to which the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 apply. All work will be performed at Herbert & Ball’s standard hourly rate of £350 + VAT per hour and will be signed off by a partner of Herbert & Ball. Herbert & Ball LLP reserves the right to limit the amount of legal services provided to 10 hours per month per client. All packages, once paid, must be used in their entirety and are non-refundable.
