We offer a FREE, no-obligation fire survey and quotation. We will visit the customers premises to carry out a fire survey after which we will offer advice and details of services and any modifications that we think may be needed to meet the regulations.

Fair Fire Ltd can service your fire alarm system with little fuss or disruption. Our trained engineers will carry out this service in accordance with BS5839-1 to give you peace of mind.
We can provide you with routine bi-annual servicing and a call-out service too.

The emergency lighting system in your building is designed to give a lighted escape route from the building in the event of a fire or power outage for any reason. It also has to provide lighting for a period of time to enable the emergency services to access the building in an emergency.
Fair Fire Ltd can carry out the annual service of your emergency lighting system which requires a full discharge of the emergency lighting units.

The wall mounting of your fire extinguishers at the correct height and the correct signage is part of the regulations. We at Fair Fire Ltd, can complete your portable appliance testing in a swift and comprehensive manner whilst trying to avoid as much disruption to your business as possible. | The Regulatory Reform Act (Fire Safety) was introduced way back in 2005 and it means that businesses, organisations and landlords have to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment. The responsibility for fire safety now lies fully with the ‘responsible person’, usually the owner of a business or person in charge of an organisation. There are free to access templates that you can use but should something go wrong and your fire risk assessment is found wanting, then there may be heavy fines for the ‘responsible person’. At Fair Fire Ltd we use qualified Fire Risk Assessors with an in-depth knowledge of all the relevant legislation to give you a comprehensive document, suitable to stand up in a court of law. |
