In May 2021, we have commenced to operate in England as Gazelle Legal Consultancy Ltd. As Yılmazer Attorneyship and Consulting, we have brought our experience and knowledge gained in Turkish Law for twenty years in energy, competition, construction, real estate, protection of personal data, information and technology law to England. We provide legal consultancy services in the UK in the fields of Turkish Law in which we are competent.

In addition to the above, we provide services through providing and connecting with the solicitors legally regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (‘SRA’) on investing in the UK, establishing a company, conveyancing, residence permit applications, preparation, revision and negotiation of commercial contracts, execution of mediation and arbitration process in the resolution of disputes arising from agreements governed by the English law and on matters such as providing your representation in the English courts. At the same time, we provide the necessary legal support to the people or entities those who would invest in Turkey from the UK, in their legal transactions and in the processes of the dispute resolution through representing before the courts or any arbitration boards.
