Webinar Promotion

Expert Webinars plan, manage, promote, facilitate, host and record a webinar delivered by you (or a key opinion leader you work with / we provide). These webinars are typically 30-40 mins in length, including a Q&A session at the end. Promotion includes:

Social media posts (to ~3,500 connections & followers)
Creation of an event (LinkedIn / Eventbrite etc.) and invitations sent
Email promotion including your copy, logo, imagery and content
Paid ads (Facebook / Google / LinkedIn / relevant partners)
Automated social media campaigns to your relevant audience

Prices start at £375 + VAT, which would generate a registration list of 75 – 100 individuals; there are various add-ons and levels of promotion which would increase exposure and registrations significantly (e.g. we could generate approx. 500 registrants for £1,250).

Our focus for the webinars depends on your objectives – we will tailor your package based upon whether you are interested in lead gen, marketing opt-ins, sales, brand exposure, etc. or a combination of these.

Event Sponsorship

We also run online events within a particular niche (B2B Sales Masterclass, SME Symposium, Wellbeing Weekender, Marketing Masterclass, etc.). These will generate a larger audience because of the variety of content on offer (B2BSM generated >650 registrations, >350 live attendees recently) for a smaller sponsorship price, as all the speakers effectively pool their resources to be more effective.

The event will be promoted for a number of weeks through a variety of channels listed above, plus partnering with marketing agencies and event specialists to push the message our far and wide. Sponsorship packages start from between £150-275 + VAT (minor branding at the event, branding in the promotional materials, entry in the Virtual Goody Bag); next level up ranges from £375-750 + VAT (presenting one webinar at the event, more branding in promotional campaign, entry in the Virtual Goody Bag); up to the top level of sponsorship between £850-1,500 + VAT (presenting individual webinar, slot on the keynote panel, major event branding, bespoke follow-up campaign, featured placement in the bag, and more). The price varied depending on the event and audience.
