To target the winter season we created a Christmas party pack that included marketing material, Christmas menus and booking details, these were then posted to local offices and organisations. These were designed to present a high-end but personal service which is a key cornerstone of this business’s brand image. This helped to bring a new group of patrons to the restaurant while still supporting the existing loyal customer base. We backed this up by developing a strong social media presence to enable the loyal following to engage with the brand and spread the word.
